Refund policy

Due to the age and nature of our pieces, they are likely to show some imperfections and we love them all the more for this very reason.  We seek out the perfectly imperfect and believe these imperfections tell each piece’s own unique story and add to their timeless appeal.  All product dimensions are approximate.

Although we hope you love your order, there may be times when you wish to return items to us.  To do so, simply contact us within 14 days of delivery and return your item(s) (in their original condition and packaging) within 28 days of delivery.  Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cancellations or exchanges.

We are unable to accept responsibility for your returned item until we receive it in the condition that it left us and therefore recommend that you retain proof of postage.  Return delivery charges are non-refundable.
